Kimchi

Ibu went out with her friends for lunch today... outing also meant that i have the authorities to cook whatever i want so i did kimchi.....

the source of the recipe is from maangchi's youtube... she posted few types of kimchi but i sub salted squid to oyster which i pick myself  at punggor beach

since i don't own the recipe i wont paste it here... let just follow her youtube and website :D

Salting process

The paste

the chopped fresh carrot, leek, spring onion and chives

i dislike soured kimchi so i stuff in the fridge as soon as i finished making... as you see from the picture below the kimchi starts to make its own juice... perfect for kimchi soup

you can't stop eating .. fresh kimchi and warm jasmine rice just simply superb.. writing this make me drool thou i just had it
