Alicious Recipe: Bubur Jagung / Cream Corn

This is not normal popup from can cream corn, happen to be we growing up maize and I was force to bring back some to my dormitories. slice up the maize from the cob in 3 step , outer layer of the cop, thick centre and scrap the cob ... the scrapping will help to yield more and thicken the sauce soup . As lazy as I look , I use my auger juicer to press all the coconut milk... and a winner .... thick coconut milk

 


 all you have to do put everything together with a little sugar .. remember maize is sweet. I always ate it raw because i keep my plan organic ...


cut up some pandan leaves (Curi from Tasik UTM) and wallah... remember to constantly  stir the soup ... 10- 15 minute .. till the soup turn pale yellow you may kill the burner and kill stirring for 1-3 minute .... set aside till cool , and keep it in refrigerator ... i love my cream corn to be chill

4 corn in cob
2 table spoon of sugar .. more if you want
2 pandan leaves
1  cup of think coconut milk (from 1 old coconut flesh)

Malas nak cerita banyak... saje nak post dah lama tak post apa apa ... sebenarnya saya sangat lapar sekarang tapi teringat terasa nak makan sedap sedap...

boil jugak chappelini less 30 second from package instruction dengan garam bebanyak 


sambil masak chappelini apa prep garlic slice, minced garlic, sos spegetthi kimball segera ... dua slice daging burger beli kat abang jual burger la... almaklum duk asrama ni.. hape pun tak leh 



Macam biasa brown kan bawang putih yang di mayang sampai kecolat cokelatkan ... bila tengok gambar ni memang menyumpah la dok berkira beli induction cooker ... dikala kala HP rosak Lappy sengal ni kan 



 keluarkan gaul dengan  chappelini 

 garingkan daging burger dengan minced garlic



masukkan sos tomato pasta kimball 


 tunggu sehingga naik minyak masukkan cili api 

 gaulkan chapellini ni 


 abaikan gambar terbalik ni

masukkan parmesan cheese ... gaul sikit tak payah pakai pinggan .. makan ... ok duk asrama... not bad

Test 123

ni kali pertama buat sangat perfect bahagian caramel dia




 kali kedua buat sedih je pecah jadi makan sendiri je nak bagi makcik pun tak jadi

kali ke tiga buat.. tepi still ada yang fall off tak tau mana salah dia.. so potong potong yang bahagian cantik bagi kawan kawan

strat tukar kaler hijau ke biru

 

kali ke 5 buat.... kaler hijau tukar biru... sedih tepi dia jatuh .. tak paksa turun pun tapi jatuh :'(

Alicious recipe: Strawberry sponge cake/ kek span strawberi


This was my few tested self created recipe base on angel cake/american sponge cake .....
superb taste and very moist

3 Large eggs, separated
50 gm Sifted self raising flour
a pinch of salt
100 gm sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 table spoon water
1 table spoon condense milk (may omit)
1 table spoon butter (may omit)
1 strawberry press through sift (may omit)
3/4 teaspoon cream of tartar

1. beat egg yolk with 70gm sugar , add in melted butter with condense milk



2. Carefully fold shifted flour into the mixture, strawberry,  add some coloring if you prefer

3. whipped the egg white into a froth, add in cream of tar tar and  30gm sugar, beat till shiny to medium peak

4. Slowly introduce egg white to the mix 



5. pour into a tray... 8 x 11 is possible to produce ticker roll ... am a little lazy ... thus cookie tray, bake at 180c 30-40 minute till now batter stick to skewer



6. Whip the cream... am using uht whipcream 200ml Emborg with some sugar if you want but i didn't


7. Chill the cake in 1 hour ++ before you start smearing the whipped cream


8. Slice some strawberry and line it up , roll the cake and

wallah :P

Alicious Recipe: Sashukar/Shashukar/Shakshouka/Chakchouka

Sashukar/Shashukar/Shakshouka/Chakchouka

(Warning : Sorry no measurement )

Disclaimer: Thanks to Atikah for the recipe but i guess i change to my liking and sometimes base on what i have... but the ingredient remain the same lah... punya malas wanna check FB tulah Arab mudah lupa sorang nih! 



you need this for shasukar.... well depends on how you like it to be but more or less for me Mediterranean dish taste almost similar. (if i was not mistaken only malaysian added the minced beef....)

1. chop Coriander +Parsley
2. dice the tomato
3. a small can of tomato puree
4. finely dice red and green chili pepper

5. Dice Yellow onion
6. Minced beef
7. Malaysian soup mix powder
8. minced garlic


I start off with Frying the minced beef with minced garlic

after a while i stir in the soup powder, dice onion, coriander and celery until soften.
 (Sometime instead of soup powder i opt for dried oregano + basil + thyme )

stir in tomato puree 2 - 3 tbs
pour in canned tomato puree and taste it. balance it to your liking and at the end i stir in the dice tomato
 (i prefer the tomato to be a little bit raw at this stage )


Smear it in the baking dish and crack up the egg.... i make a hole to fix the egg but normally you just crack it on top of the prepared dish. before you start baking sprinkle some red and green pepper + coriander and celery leaf. bake it.

Alicious Recipe: Macaroni with mushroom and broccoli

Aku dah stress tahap gaban bila dah dua hari ni tidur tak lena rasa give up nak buat documentation ni jadi makin lapar dan lapar dan lapar...
GIVE UP malas nak fikir dah.... hidup tak mudah... biarlah lupakan lah niat ni semua... masa untuk tak berusaha lagi.....

 kengkonon nak supper agak healthy la maka sibuk la duk nak bubuh jugak semua sayur..... last last makan sambil blogging la malam ni.

harini tak nak listkan bahan bahan.. tengok bawah ni... amount pun tak dan nak ukur bagai


Layukan bawang putih dalam 5 ulas dan 3 biji cili api ... both finely dice... sampai naik bau.. jangan ada warna


masukkan ayam stir la sampai ayam tu nampak opaque .... terus masuk mushroom.... aku pakai dua bulb fresh shiitake dan dua bulb swiss brown mushroom .... carrot finely sliced jangan lupa


stir to mix... lepas tu terus campak serbuk ikan bilis (kisar sendiri simpan dalam tupperware .... nak pakai lagi senang) .... masukan broccoli , worcestershire sauce dan white pepper

masukkan marcaroni dengan satu ladle air rebusan marcaroni tadi  (lupa lak marcaroni di rebus dengan air garam ya...  kat stirfry tak yah letak garam.... )


agak air se- ladle tadi dah kurang
masukkan enokitake dan julienne bell pepper....


server with parmesan cheese if you prefer 



untuk kawan yang vegetarian ... boleh masak marcaroni dengan vegetable stock... ditch pinched of dried anchovies + mushroom.... opkos lebihkan mushroom.....  enjoy... selamat supper... saya pun dah habis makan.... click publish.... share kat FB dan cuci pinggan...
